In Conc barbs, ias is very important. you need 125 ias or 75 ias in all times. with any melee char ias is very important. yes ias > rends iif ur not using gelics. you should have different armors though. meh u can use chamd ss with e up arreats if u want and use gelics n rends lol. u cant use edc cuz it sucks with conc lol.

if ur using end u still need additional 35 ias lol just to hit 75 ias lol

if you want use rends then u need either 8030 barb viso or 40/15 e skulders, 40/15 ecara, e crow-craw w/e they called uhm idk what else lol.

its only way u dont have to use ias gloves lol

I think I will go 125% ias and keep eth upped gbane in stash vs chars that use cold dmg but main armor will be bugged prudence sacred armor.

or a eth rep rare with 1-2 sockets would work
