Hey dark-soul Kwan gave me the idea to make a melee pvp build. So I decided to make a conc when I get more fgs. But shit pvp builds are so damn expensive. I am doing this because Kwan wanted me to make a melee pvp char. Are you planning on going back to D2 some day?

Only if tylers offer comes true lol. Besides that I don't really have a desire to go back anytime soon. A lot of the new melee kids that play in pn also turned me off to melee a bit. They're just really bm imo. You should go for it though. Kwans gg and knows a lot about concers so he could give you some pointers i'm sure.

i tried that setup, but it does not seem to work well for me. 39k AR was kinda overkill and i felt more deadly strike from highlords would be better even vs zealots on exile.
and my pally viso is high stats so it is difficult for me to gear onto high def visionaries with no stats (putting melee rings on is one option though).

so a typical fools setup for me vs zealots is:

Weapon: secret fools weapon with secret stats but Lo-Lo
Armor: 2422 shaft
Shield: Glitched exile ed/ar
Helm: high stats pally viso Jewel-Ber
Rings: melee ring + Raven
Amulet: Highlords
Gloves: high stats/high def gloves with/without ias (i hate rends)
Boots: 213 gores
Belt: 140/40/15/13/xx dungos

Switch: +3 holy shield / +6 bo cta / Hoz

Charms: 99x 3/20/20
Torch/anni

So 92% deadly strike at Level 99, with sufficient defense and AR is balanced. Life is decent, damage is high.
Works very well against most zealots, but i have my off days too where i lose to everyone...

As long as other people do not use any source of frozen then I would not need any cbf. That is true. But are you sure ias gloves>rends? I mean the ias is not that much faster at all and rends do much more damage. I was thinking bugged prudence sacred armor would be the way to go. Maybe I should stash a cham ss for people that have cold dmg or is it not important at all? I also was planning on eth upped zod arreat perfect defense. I would rather use edc than ebotdz. Again ias should not be that important.
