my theory is:

280+ damage = um/lo
250+ damage = nef/um or um/um (nef is useful vs pallies but thats about it, openwounds is useful vs everyone but again.... you already have 25% and 25% more form chaos.... so its up to the user)
under 250 damage = um/um

but its not written in stone, its all up to preference really

I personally like the um/um but my 2nd fools has kb as a mod so I didnt need to nef.
If you can afford 2 good fools nef is not a bad call but I wouldnt sacrifice on your main one for kb and I wouldnt buy a downgrade for you second just for kb.

i hope you arent tryin to suggest to me what to put in a fools claw. i infact have a bear modded fools claw thats 2 socs but if that "suggestion" was directed to me i feel insulted

I find the idea to got 2 fools interesting: one main with um/um + ias and a second one with kb/um less expensive specialy vs smite

its a good idea i wont deny it, but GG fools claws (5+ light sentry, 2socs 200+ damage, etc) are pretty difficult to come across by. getting one will be a pain in the ass, but let alone getting 2 that are acceptable.... might as well go for the single claw with bear mod on it and dual um or um/lo

Visio + Fools = I got about 12k AR (without enchant) and vs some chars like pala, its seems not enought...
so I thougt replace some 20/5 sc's with 20/36 ...
