You had "like 90" FHR. You should know exactly what you have and why. If you're using bloodfists to get to the 86 FHR breakpoint vs another druid, especially with the same weapon (sounds like ebotdz duels?), he has a crushing blow and damage advantage over you that will force you into FHR while he may not even go into FHR because you aren't hitting him hard enough to trigger FHR animation.

Also, you should never use 86 FHR in druid vs druid duels. Always stick to the 20 or 42 breakpoints. Focus on crushing blow and deadly strike.

Recently acquired a ccsoq. It works pretty well against certain builds. Used it with high lords and 2 melee rings with a Cerberus. Should i remove the Cham from my ss and throw a 9/9/30/60 in it?

You don't need a cham if you're at 4 frame, so yes.

On a side note, what about Werebears and Maul? Truthfully, if I came back I think I would like to really spend some time experimenting with that side of the shape-shifting tree as it's such a taboo. Would you happen to have any references or input on how to make a Bear halfway decent for melee?

On east it is. Back in the day when I played west we didn't ban it from Druid duels. And I don't think anyone will care outside of strictly private melee only duel games.

Can you kill smiters??

Yes. Botd great poleaxe seems to work best vs them, although I've had decent success with etomb. The GPA has better range though. I use a btal with my two handed weapons vs physical characters, although shaft works fine, too.

The best angle is straight up and down or slightly to the left of them as they walk/run/charge up or down at you. Make sure you hold the shift key down.
