question: when you inflict % slow against someone, does that mess up their fhr recovery?
if it does, couldent you just slap on cleglaws and arach (i play useast sc ladder ~.~) and charge them to death?
im mainly reffering to doing this vs. sorcs lol.

and about clews doesnt pay out, since charge itself does no damage against sorcs, the pain comes from the 100% ow,
and charge already got some kb inclusive, also their is no real point in slow against sorcs, bloodfists give you alot more credits
for us east ladder just stick with what i've written on the first site
