Only vs a few melee you might want to drop it down
You can turn him to pure hdin if you like for different occasions

He sure looks like a weak hdin with a foh stick to me

Whats so weak? his hammer dmg is either on the par with standard hdin or just a bit lower
He has great physical dmg with that. Along with decent foh for stun/nuke
