You wont need 63fcr ever unless. You are up against a super def whoring tele
or your ping is shit.

let me break it down to you, einstein:

when dr is needed- coa
when fcr is needed- griffon or valk 08, i myself don't find circs to my liking, though vs necs the frw add can be good
when neither are needed- guill, mainly vs hdins and necs (necs are preferred to use 63fcr against, but for those with high ping, 37fcr is as good as it gets)
