Your barb violates the rules of legit dueling atleast those are used in east/europe wherea maximum of 60% ow is allowed only on barb.
Furthermore only 1x Psn Sc 451 is allowed.

No one really takes regard to this but this is a huge factor in any Barbarian – Cannot Be Frozen. Just like an Amazon a Barbarian is based on IAS for Whirlwind Breakpoints. People think if you get frozen you hit a target more. LMFAO WOW YOU ARE WRONG

Gz at ur studies but failed you end up hitting alot more since your ww speed is slowed down for like 50% so ofc you get more hitchecks, alltho cbf stays a must have

This is the axe I used to used for my bvc versus blizz sorc, but it is socketed with three 15ias/30cr jewels, and 40cr jewels. like to consult ur opinion whether if it's the same if I soc with xx/15ias and ums? if so, it be painful to hel my axe but worth if it works.
