i don't play sorc relaly but shouldn't the 125 vitality differ depending on how much strength you need to add? it'd mess up the ratio of life:mana it seems (if there even is a raiot thats used for 75% es)

oi vey. first off, you dont need 22k fb to survive in a duel, sorc vs sorc or sorc vs anything else, if you actually have skill you can survive long enough to kill your opponent with as low as 12k fb.
secondly, DONT use es if you arent going with 95% sorbed. really. anything lower is a waste. i agree with things like shako, and coh, and what not, but damn, 75% es, or even 80%, you wont beat my sorc lol, and shes only does 13- 14 k fb, id still kill ya. because i can tank more fbs than you. hell i tank like 12 hammers. so dont think you need really high fb dmg, cause you really dont.
