An issue of semantics. Perhaps I should have said "the dmg of an avg ls hit is 21.2" instead of "the avg dmg is 21.2". Although not negligible, 3.26385 isn't a big difference and it was primarily to show that the original person's 60 dmg was way off.

The general consensus is TGods by itself is GM on everything except C/C sins and Paladins with hard points into Lightning Resist aura. May be something else, this is off the top of my head.
