you straight up use all the dr% items which no nec in 1.09 used

noooooo one used a fucking shako/shaft/stormshield/string build.......

It's Not mB<Vita or vise versa. You have your advantages and disadvantages. With Mb you will have less life and will only be good against melee characters/physical dmg. But will have harder time with casters. With vita you will have more of a challenge with physical dmg characters But this is were the experience and skills come into place. It's just a prefference thing. I don't like to get put into blocking hit recovery while dueling. I'd rather have 50%dr and be able to not get stun and move around target etc. Both are fun I have played both for years and I find Vita necros to be better. If you can combine both without loosing much life then that is your best bet if your undecided.
