i don't think you're doing it right if you're getting attacked with widow.
1. you're supposed to switch, fire off 1-3 arrows, then switch back to grief/beast. and only do that when the enemy is offscreen, running away, or you're absolutely positive they can't attack.
2. lac has crappy range. i'm not sure if the axe mastery applies to melee with lac (i don't think so). I haven't tried it.
Tell me what you want to use the lac for (what chartypes)
1.Well but you can always be surpriced , also it's good to Attack Ranged to Defwhoring Opponents & it's just Perfect to have the Ability to WW with them!
2.True - The Projectiles Disappear Near the End of your Visibility! Chances for Amplify Damage Curse & Open Wounds Make Up for Double Throwing with Them Isn't Guided and Isn't Undefendable! They say Axe Mastery applies to Lacerator(s) when Close-Quarter Melee Attacking (WW , Frenzy etc.)
P.S.: I have some very special Hybrid BvC or how I have fully named him - Ranged Frenzied Singing Whirlwind Leapbarian! What matches with other BvCs is the Maxed WW , Maxed Leap , Maxed BO As Well (Shout at last) ! What Doesn't Match is Maxed Double Swing (allright - if you don't get it - It Gives More Damage to Frenzy if you have Maxed Frenzy itself and it Gives More Damage to Double Throw cause Double Throw Increasing - only Increases Attack Rating so it Deserves only 1 point) , 1 into Axe Mastery (Lack of Skill Points + the Difference between 1 point and Maxed Isn't Huge) , 1 into Throwing Mastery (Lack of Skill Points + the Difference between 1 point and Maxed Isn't Huge) , 1 into Increased Speed , 1 into Natural Resistance , 1 into Warcry (For Stun in PvM Mostly) , 1 into Grim Ward (for Frightening in PvM only maybe and for it's wealthgiving Prerequisities) ! His Universal Gear is: CoA (when I get 2 sock perf CoA - Ber Lo) , Grief & Doom / 2 x Lacerator on Swap , Eni BP (godly look) , TG , Dracs , Hots , Mara , Raven (max dex :-) - only have to get 20 atr btorch & anni to Remake him) , Rare FCR ring (hit 12th Frame FCR-Tele + some extras) , btorch , anni , (will have WC Skillars for Ultimate BO [Very High Life & Mana for him and for others as well] & for 4 Sec Stun of Warcry And Res/Something Small Charms Below) ! Statting is as usual - Str for Gear , Dex for Gear , Vita - All Rest , Energy - Base !
I love him (being overstatted and not having all planned gear - he has pub productiveness [killing success] 4/6 and I hope for 5/6 when Remade) !
