Well what I meant I like doing treadmill for lower body and nice warm up. Sorry I am not specific on a lot of my post. I guess I need to elaborate my post more. But yes I still go to the gym and I do crunches every day. At least jogging helps with stamina and all that.
oh okay that makes sense then. Cardio helps you burn fat and you should be doing 45 mins per day and eat at a caloric deficit. Crunches are a waste of time you just need to cut the body fat.
