I play West and we dont get Storm hide, so what do you recomend?
Should I get a 2/10fcr/life/mana/res ammy with a second rfrost, or use a soj/bk/natures piece, etc etc.
Or should I use a metalgrid amulet with an fcr/atr/life/mana ring?

What would be a good alternative ring/ammy combination if Storm Hide is unavailable on West?

use highlords. and keep the fcr ring. the ias and ds from highlords will let you hit max speed with feral claw/suwayyah combo
