...way to make ladder look amateur and for the record there isnt a single good vt on ladder right now.

um... where is your logic?.. i'm saying he has non ladder dupes and 6 lvls on me and only has 100 more life, 6 lvls and non ladder dupes vs legit ladder items is a HUGE advantage yet he only has 100 more life... its quite astounding and proves the opposite of what you said???? i have like 5,105.. he has 5.2k. if you dont think there are any good v/ts, please pm me a game name

Have you looked at all your other stats? They have to at least match for your argument to be valid.

nl dupes don't do too much for a v/t anyway, it's not like ES Sorcs.

the only difference between a nonladder vt and a ladder one is the ammy lol (and perhaps the boots)

but rare boots make a huge dif.

somewhat... for res and ability to wear coa... but honestly, waterwalks are almost as good of a suppliment

ww are great boots especially for a vt but you know what i mean the res on the dupes is really unbeatable.
even though this is a vt discussion think about the dif between 7k ls and its effect on ladder vs non. 7ls can work
even as pure trap on ladder bc gg res gear is less prevalent. its not a judgement just an observation.

what's so unbeatable about the res on it?... it's potentially only 10 res more than a pair of boots today.

ty for some logic. you gain what is it like 65 life from arm slippers? not sure on the dex, but i have a 2 paladin/ 26 strg/ 16 dex/ 51 fire/ 17 all resists amulet (i believe slipps has one more dex, but i have like 8 more strg.) As for the boots if you use gspurs, sspurs, or bitter brogues, you understand that you have an advantage of something like 20-40 extra stats over a ladder v/t, as well as 6 lvls. i'm just pointing out that its the skill allocation and stat allocation that really makes a good v/t(or t/v), and i just find it odd that you only have 100 more life than me @ lvl 99.

i assume this is directed toward bui considering my tv is not equip atm, lol and ladder. yeah your point makes sense but it is odd. and for the record i dont have a guide here and dont completely agree with bui on everything buildwise.
though gearwise i think hes on the money with his vt.

bui is this an east char ( i know it was at some pt) or is this a d2pk?



not saying that you can't find amazing tri or dual res boots on ladder just poorly pointing out the fact that this gear is less common.
this goes for things such as legit 20/5's and so on. But i do think that 10 res is enough to make a dif.
