Argument is pointless, AGAIN one of those things that will boil down to preference.
Because you tend to like a heavier WW damaging Hybrid, you will sacrifice those few stats for a minor WW damage increase.
Because I tend to play with a 1 pt CM and more LS damage, I'll tend to let a little extra WW damage go for some other bonuses.

I'm honestly not familiar with Scissors Suwayyah. It if has the same base speed as a Suwayyah then it won't be a major difference, but you're sitting on 8.9k FG so go find a 3 Venom/3 LS RT or Suwayyah.

as for runic vs gt. the damage may not be huge, but its there. why not try to find one. after all if you follow my build, the dex/str should not be a problem for runics anyways.



no said it once and i'll say it again. dont use it. go find a suwayyah with 3venom/3ls/ mindblast or dragon flight or something mods
