What shld i socket into it? A 40/15 3x/15 is too costly for now, shld i socket shael or amn or something

i don't know what your helmet is. Arioc's has two relevant breakpoints for Jab:

42IAS
75IAS

If you're good enough at evaluating the Council & the threat it poses + repositioning well with Teleport, you can get away with one source of life leech (Amn, or Andariel's, or Chains of Honor). However, most people will be most comfortable with 2 sources.
If you're using Andariel's Visage, you can put an Amn in your Arioc's (meets 42IAS breakpoint)
If you're using Tal Rasha's, you can put an Amn in your Arioc's, and a 15IAS/ED jewel in your Tal Rasha's (meets 42IAS breakpoint)

If you're comfortable with one source of life leech and are using Andariel's Visage, you can put a 15IAS/ED in Arioc's, and a 15IAS/ED in Andariel's Visage. This hits the 75IAS breakpoint.

Seems like the game lockout has been increased to 90 seconds.
This means you can take your time a bit more now; I know some people were struggling to clear sub-1 minute, well...don't worry anymore

tbh, i have no idea man ha cos I'm not doing it fast enough to get affected unless on certain games when enemy spawn with conviction fanta etc and had to reset cos merc died
