7.5k... he he... what would that be? Full faceted equip with mass pre-buff? The best Bramblesin usually struggle to get 6k...

prebuffed with bramble, EZ

although lately it would probably be around 7k, since I switched out my 3/3 prebuff claws for 2/3 claws to get currency. But still, 7k damage does the trick with ease smile.gif

Well, I guess I just don't understand why a WW sin player like yourself has any trouble with smiters of any type.  Whether they are v/t's, smite / charers, telesmiters, makes no difference at all.  Smite is easily overpowered by WW.  They are both close range attacks, but one of them does way more damage  (WW)  Even if they chug antidotes and life tap casts, it's still a duel they can't win.  Smiters would have to go balls out with andy's visage, antidotes, deaths gloves, the works to stand a chance vs a good WW sin.

BTW: I never said i'd be in my ghost set up  smile.gif  7.5k WW damage, 15k ar, 4k life, with 60% weapon block is too much for ANY smiter to handle period.  Add in stun locking, and occasionally WW'ing away if life tap casts, it's a joke...

15k AR? Are you serious? or is that a typo? Also, when you wear Bramble, GIFF's points only become stronger. Don't say you dont wear bramble while duelling, since it's impossible to reach ~7k otherwise.

Ya, im just a bit worried about him saying "prebuffed with bramble, EZ"... which would imply that he takes it off when duelling.

bramble 50
str dex ring
angelic ring
angelic amu
andy bered
eth treks
verdungo
trangs
fools
chaos 353 ed gt
prebuffed with 2 bk arach +3 amu +3 helm 2x psn jools 2x +5 claws 1 sox(+5 each)
enchanted
bo:ed
around 5 k traps this setup

this is what i get on my assa atm.. this setup i use for fun only for pure melee duels..

but btw whether bramble or eni smiters are usually very easy on ladder anyway, canīt say anything about nl since Ive never dueled there

even with prebuff helm on i get no higher than this

uh. it looks like you're saying that ww can tank smite. that wasn't even possible before grief. barbs cant tank non-lifetap smiters even when they slow them, and wwsins damage is a joke in comparision.
competent telesmite assures tanking-contest occurs. a contest that smite always wins.
15k ar sounds low btw =/

WW cant tank smite and like GIFF said, a good smiter with telesmiting skills will destroy any wwsin out there.
besides the fact that you can abs the psn dmg with a simple antidot or andy's mask.

have you ever dueled a good telesmiter that used HF flashing and clegs (or in europe nl with 10% slow from BB as well) at once? your traps will be set like ~1/sec and your ww speed will slow down so much that it lags like hell (whirl at one place) and you will stay in the smiter's range for like 4 secs if he teles on top of you, so basically its a hopeless duel if the smiter knows what to do and is willing to lame a little bit.

concerning kicks: i disagree with all those who say ww>kicks always because i bet there is no one or maximum 2 ppl who can always and on demand make perfect triwhirls with a range 2 weapon. overshoot once = tanked by any nec/sorc. pretty riscy if you ask me. it works fine against crap casters, but if you are not a master @ whirling, a good caster will find your mistakes and kill you instantly.

with kicks, you cannot overshoot. and have you ever heard of DT-Chainlocks?
check this just to see what i mean, the nec is obviously a newbie though: http://media.putfile.com/namelock-lol
