I think they're useless so I don't use em, they don't give as much survivability as 20/5's does. I have roughly 1k more hp than this build.

When going for max block, do you take in to account the dex from cat's eye? Or do you go max block while earing the fcr ammy aswell?

I have 17 dex on my fcr ammy. If I didn't I would base mb around using fcr ammy.

Also I have tried a few different skill setups. I prefer having dodge/avoid/evade with valk for 90% of pub duels.

And another thing. How do you reach 105% Ias? I only see 90% on your build

Nice guide but imo a lot of thing you could do better which has already been addressed by several people before me especially CraZeeY

But overall BB (if your euscnl ) or TG are #1 and min 95ias is a must at all times (vs some you might want +10ias more to counter bb slower) - also fhr isn't needed unless you duel druid/assa/and sometimes nec (then keep fhr sks/scs in stash so you can wield 52fhr whenever needed) -
I also agree with CraZeeY on the matter of not needing frw scs the life simply outmatches it by far and wsg = ftw and with upg eth tits 30%frw + eni45%frw + 30%frw from boots it still gives you a nice 105%frw and 75%frw with 4-6/40 javelins which is more than enough especially since your a telezon and not a bower^^. I also recommend you get a +2 ama circlet with 20fcr 30frw 2sox 2x15ias/15@ or res needed + mods (in order to maintain the maximum ias bp) and arach + spirit 35fcr mon so you have the versatility to always be able to have either 48-68-99%fcr vs in particular necros and whomever you fancy it vs.
I have to vouch for jmoc 60/4 & storm (and some other rare shields twoc 60/4 or jwoc 60/4 if you cant afford jmoc but the last mentioned takes up 2 more slots) as being the best shields for a javazon/telezon!
I personally like to switch between 3 different types of javelins: Eth Upg Tits | 6/40 | 4/40/eth/2xx ed/6str/repl quantity with mods but a "simple" 4/40/repl quantity can do also with either stormshield 15/15 or jmoc 60/4 with 60ias60@ or 15ias/15@ +15/-15 light rbf & a anti cr with 15ias (if you have space for it I recommend you also get a anti lr jmoc 60/4 aswell. I myself prefer using 20/11scs + special anti lr fcr ring instead (for the time being at least ^^). Finally yes 1 in crit+penetrate is def worth it (as soon as possible - don't need to w8 for high lvl imo) and when using BB you don't really need pierce unless your high enough lvl to afford to stat it - but then I would probably rather consider getting +1 valk if your nerd enough to get more than lvl95.

I currently have a lvl94 Telezon with 1 in critical/penetrate and I still get 10-11-12k cs depending on switch with xx -xxx (6/40) to about 2-2.5k phys dam (eth upg tits & rare eth/ed/4/40 javelins).
