WiZ-sleepy aka Barca has came out with a guide somewhere about his trapper and he is west, and he has no problems or issues with 95. I don't see a point in your complaints why is it unbalance or unfair. If it is really unfair in your realm, then kindly remove it from your rules. It is not stupid or retard for trappers to deal with 95. They simply love it.

Or rather question is I throw back at you'all, why are your trappers encounter problems with 95? No one who clans at west that time are complaining. They are all doing fine.

It's the natural food chain of the Strategies and Guides section; you have theorycrafters, spoon feeders, gaming mechanic pros, class specialists, etc etc. When you troll a troll, nothing happens.
