lifetap wand doesnt take hours to find, just ask malah before you go on the portal when you're leaching off baal runs, or like someone else said create cow level next to akara so its 2 steps away and ull have one in minutes, let alone how often you can find it on a rare dagger that just drops from wherever

Tired of having to wear lots of gear with crushing blow? Using Last Wish frees up lots of gear slots so you can equip your pink thong of doom.

Its a weird weapon and in terms of rate of damage it is dwarfed by the almighty Grief but for alot of people it works and late in ladder its a relatively cheap band aid. But if you already have a decent Grief ladder smiter then you totally don't ever need a Last Wish.
