a Jewelers shield without jmod such as the jewelers of colossus has no faster block rate. And if you jah jah jah it or ever ber ber ber it. It still has no faster block rate.
This shield pick of yours was in your ZvA guide and ZvZ guide. I don't see any hint of FBR on any of the items you've stated.
Your build also revolves around 7 fpa. If your dueling anyone with 7 fpa and your block rate is at Zero... Your going to block so slow that you'll get hit much more.
Storm shield > Any of the shields you've mentioned. Switch it up, get a jmod'd shield with shael (reach 3 frame fbr) then go with anything you'd like. I'd recommend a jmod'd tower with ber, shael, dol.
Also you got your faster block rate tables messed up:

I'm sure this will kind of confuse most people. So lets put it this way, I know most of you play other realms that have modified items. Why is it bm for a player to use a cta in jav form?

ZvZ is pretty much all skill involved, some items ~ assumed that you have 150+ frw.
At least mention the different between low cursor and high cursor shots, IGA's, ya know the basics.

YES! FBR is essential for a ZvZ duel, and even more so if you get caught by a ww with shield up. Your defense is low enough, that his AR which should be high already will ITD it. Your left to block, he'll probably hit at least 4 times in 1 ww.
You wanna block all those hits or no?
You shoot at 7 fps. You block at 5 fps. Whats the problem with that? Most zons don't even jab at 5 fps anyways. You don't need fbr when using titans.
Your chance to block/evade/dodge gives your enough flexibility that you don't need fbr against anything really.
There's no real point posting zvz strategies because its all about experience.
I guess the only "tip" I could say is stay on top of your opponent on the map since arrows travel faster going down on the screen.
