There are *so* many undocumented features in d2 that could be considered bugs/exploits that make their way into everyday dueling. (desync and wsg being two easy examples, but there are many many more)
All unintended features become valid dueling tactics until blizzard chooses to fix up the game otherwise, after all if it does not break the game, it will only add more depth to what you can do in pvp.
Really gamebreaking bugs (auradin stacking for instance) are usually soft banned by leagues and players under gm rules, but bugs that are not imbalanced such as legit cs are of course allowed.
