I think point Tails chao was trying to make is that even with good legit fc technique cs zons still suffer from a lot of class disadvantages and hard duels, which is true.
Not to say cs zons are bad.. they are still strong if used right of course. But they do certainly have an uphill battle in a lot of different matchups.

There are *so* many undocumented features in d2 that could be considered bugs/exploits that make their way into everyday dueling. (desync and wsg being two easy examples, but there are many many more)
All unintended features become valid dueling tactics until blizzard chooses to fix up the game otherwise, after all if it does not break the game, it will only add more depth to what you can do in pvp.
Really gamebreaking bugs (auradin stacking for instance) are usually soft banned by leagues and players under gm rules, but bugs that are not imbalanced such as legit cs are of course allowed.
