What do you mean by "drinking" necromancers? I dont know what kind of necs you duel, but I usually dont duel potters.
Also, it's not just to "grab the enigma" and own the nec. You are at severe disadvantage without leap, and it requires tremendous amounts of practise to get good at tele/ww:ing, usually the caster is gone when you land your tele.
Granted, I have a crappy connection (>~100 ping), but telestomping casters is an artform ffs...

And trust me, a maxblock, max dr, 1k bone armor nec WILL tank you unless you catch him in a lucky DoD.
Cb sucks against maxblockers, you need 2 weapons to bypass block efficiently. Even then some necs can be hard even if they tank you.

Why do you use cb at all when you're obviously not BvBing? I'd take a 2-hander over cb any day, more damage and more range. Of course, dualwielding botd+beast is superior to all, but few people seem to realize that.

Edit: kanniball, I can PM you some advice if you want. I'd really want to make one myself but I wont ditch my BvC:er and I cant afford two barbs... =/

by the way, botd cb is great, because it's so easy to switch from 1hand to 2hand damage. storm on/off biggrin.gif still i'll get that grief pb for second hand.

Trust me, grief sucks on barbs.

It has no ed, i.e. it will only do 340-400 dmg after pvp penalty. Even botd is much better as secondary weapon, you'll do over 500 pvp dmg avg, and over 800 max. Beast is easily the best secondary weapon though, same avg damage as 2 botds, and more ow and cb, not to mention the massive ar.
