what is your opinion on investing points into Chilling Armor?

dude, just find a Chilling Armor wand and save the points. With an ES sorc, you really don't have the points to spare.

well i'm not goin es, i was going pure damage, i was just curious how effective it was, at lvl 94 i'll have:

1 into warmth
1 into tk
1 into tele
1 into nova
1 into frozen orb (did this for the ice blast synergy)
20 into cold mastery
20 into blizz
20 into ice bolt
20 into ice blast
20 into glaciar

but if chilling armor is worth the 3 points i'd be willing to sacrifice them

my problem is that i can't stand pre-buffing, its such a pain in the ass, i don't want to have to switch shit around, its annoying...

im using his exact build and i have 3.5k mana with base energy, bmanas sojs and frosties work wonders

b manas are capped at 23-24 or something, if you have more they poof even if you temp perm
