Yeah, that setup wouldn't do to well vs any good melee. Coh is a bad option to use and you can't use a shako with that setup since you need a ber/ber coa for dr. Ebotdz, gores, steelrends are all good so keep them and try to replace rest with what I suggested. You could replace coh for a fort and use the fort setup since that's a cheap and pretty good setup to use. And yes glitched = bugged.
