you make MUCH more dmg with forty and isn´t it the goal of this char to kill most enemies with 1 or 2 hits? coh works instead the build and you can get enough res from inv.

i like Survival over most but still nice comparation section.

Im a pure charger with 31k ar/ 14k charge damage at lvl 90
i can mostly hit anything even barbs ( cept the ones that uses a shield)
as for charger vs smiter, tend to lose.
ive got about 12 skill points left at lvl90. might go hybrid with smite to make killing of barbs easier, & hopefully kill most smiters.

k i have a few questions. im about to build a charger.

why does EBOTD WP only have 50% ds compaired to all the others 90+% ?
in order to max sych how much FRW should i be looking to hit ?
why btals > coh > fort ?? just cuz of DR ?


if anyone wants to help me out a lil would be GFG.
i dont care about price. as u can see fg not an issue.
i want the best possible setup. lmk.

to everyone constantly pm'ing me about fort vs coh, i crunched some single player numbers:

coh
- life: 4307 life [from 20 stats saved and +2 bo]
- dmg: 8697-27k
- res: 65
- dr%: 8

fort
- life: 4321 life [1.5 life/level from fort]
- dmg: 9485-30k
- res: 30
- dr%: 0

bottom line:
- coh for boost in res and dr
- fort's dmg boost is not huge despite what you may think
- picking up res in charms is not advised since you'll need all the AR you can get from your inventory
- you decide what fits your playing style.

to everyone pm'ing about attack rating issues:

- use hsaru boot and belt. you should hit around 20k ar (if you have decent charms) at the expense of 15% deadly strike and 15% dmg reduction. In this case, I recommend dual 'ber' in your COA for 39% total, though your life will be lower overall.

ebotd has no deadly strike mods, just a large amount of enhanced damage.

the source of your deadly strike in this case is highlords (35 @ clvl 94) + gore rider (15)

this is a viable alternative if you find a ring with +huge ar, 20 str, 15 dex, res

hey dude ive made a pure charger ive got 35k of AR (using angelics + hsarus + max/dmg/life gcs) but somehow i still cant hit opponent will enuff? any idea whats wrong with this? is thr like a 'glitch' to AR? such as having 10k of AR shld be enuff to hit almost every character and above 20k of AR will be useless?
or this has something to do with the Charge skill itself?

I dont really know why you choose coh over forti since you can easily make up the res with some 11 res scs?

Also Steelrends is surely better for the one hit kills (ed and crushing blow vs ow that works over time so doesn't really help).
