What happend go Grief? more dmg and with the ignore targets defanse you can be saticfied with 8-9k ar, at 95% hit.
btw, I have 20k def with few points into defiance, really done see a reason to max it before sacrifice

Exactly the point about grief...it's too powerful and considered bm in melee duels. With it classified as bm, there's a lot more viable options opened up.

As for defense, 20k is low if you're doing tap duels, and meh for non-tap. Once you play around with a few builds, you'll notice a few that have low defense but are still effective. In which case, you'll be happy to have maxed defiance first.

Actually my zealot is pvm, and i thought its pvm guide, so on thats point ur right.
Btw, I havent really knows grief is forbidden, I think its fair law, really unstoppable dmg.

Little question. If were talking about the pvp side, how about last wish? Its have ignore tragets defanse, and lvl 17 might aura, with fanatisicm its nice boots to ur dmg...

As for lw, the damage is too low when compared to fool's or edc. Your fanat aura will give more damage w/ a high-end zealot weapon than a lw with the might aura.

edit: ignore target defense doesn't work in pvp.
