Dex and cast rate are unrelated.
If you want to increase your blocking percentage you need dex. How is it that you think this could be related to FCR?
I never assumed the build should be 163.
I simply pointed out that if you choose to build 163% with anything other then a 20% fcr circlet you weren't gainning +6 from your +6 pelt anymore, since hoto had to be replaced by a weapon with 50% fcr. No hoto means 3 less skills. Meaning that your Pelt is now a + 1.5 elemental skills and a 1.5 nado = 3
Really this means that a plain circlet of the magnus would be better then a +6 for a fcr build.
Maybe a artisans circlet of the magnus is really the best helmet. You could have 60% Fhr and 20% fcr. Perfect mods are popular. This as perfect of mods as you could possibly get.
Anyways. The only assumption that I truly drew was that I was not the only person with a thinking capacity beyond a 7 year old kid. Where other people could investigate further on this.
Your average pelt sucks. Thats the bottom line. Pelts are about dmg. This game isn't about dmg.
163fcr build = big no for max block.
Your faster block rate with spirit is so slow, that you don't want to block with it

dex is useless, or even harmful.
And yes, you DID assume the build is 163:

But you require 163 FCR to be effective on a druid.
From the first post.
And we are are comparing jalals and pelt, the same limitations work with jalals when going 163fcr.
Again, you based your argument on opinion: "Your pelt sux".
Give me good reasons why it sux. It just beat your jalals:
30@ vs 39bo-able life and 580 damage, which is almost 100dmg more after pvp penalty.
