for charms i can't afford 3/20/20, so im buying 9x gcs with life/ar/dmg is it good?? , and im not sure which helm i gonna use
and what wep would be best?
and is eth prudence good for armor?

Yeah gcs are fine if you can't afford good scs. Yes eprud is a good armor although I only ever used it for non tap but if you used it with exile you would need to use a ber/ber coa or if it's non tap you can use a visionary. For wep either edc/ebotdz depends on your setup really.
