You cannot spawn +oak sage or any other level 1 / 6 skill on any pelt with 2 druid skills. Its that simple

I happen to know a guy with a +7 skills ring. He just doesn't show it to people so it doesn't get spotted and poofed by the mods

i beg to differ. Unless you are going for a 163% fcr build you do not need 10% fcr rings.

It is my opinion that choosing to go 163% Fcr is a bad strategy unless using a 20% fcr circlet, unless you like using wiz spike, or suicide branch on a druid (spectral shard is garbage I don't want to hear about it again.)

regardless of what set up and build you choose to make one thing is simple to see.

You agree that str is required on a druid from items.
