just a few observations and a request for some tips...
First off, cleglaws rocks, also vs chargers/smiters, and vs barbs ofc as you described. The Kb alone makes them worth it, but add the slow to it and they are just a great piece of kit. The best low level gloves there are IMO. A must in the stash for every melee vs melee dueler. I haven't tried them vs ww sin because I just haven't seen many yet.
Chargers/smiters are getting much, much easier. It really is all about timing/anticipating the desynch. The trick is knowing how many GA's you can get off before they are magically in your face again. With my VS All setup, I know I can get two GA's off before I have to tele again. If I try to get four off, bam! I have had more than a few just go to town with one life left with "NN TELE NOOB". 1-0 for the Pimp. It is fun when you can catch them as they run to town. This is really my most satisfying kill, random noob smiters who just nk and random attack people without saying go.
Hammerdins are for the most part pretty easy. I met one last night who must have had an aim hack though. I know there are talented hammerdins (I had one myself in 1.11 and considered myself pretty darn good) but he was killing EVERY player in the game as soon as he landed on them, impossible for a human, especially vs a max dodge zon. I have not seen this on ladder yet. But ofc in his name was the word bot, so go figure. Only one other hammerdin gave me troubles (he was not hacking, just very damn good). Most just don't have a chance vs a good ranged, mobile character.
99% of Sorcs are a joke. So are
most other bowazons (though if you land in a hail of multis, you will go down) and every javazon (except fc, they still kill me even with mad resists...). Trappers tickle, foh mostly die, I have found the trick is staying out of the conviction range, because even with so much resist they can sometimes still hurt. Wiithout knowing the mechanics for sure I would venture to say GA range > conviction range.
I met my first poison necro last night, I beat him 3-1 before we got gang jumped. He was good too, I have one myself and he was doing well, but even with his lower resist curse, I was still at full resist+ with the wiz out :)) With the bow I was still at +30 across the board. Pretty much makes the psn necro invalid when you still have full resist with his curse on. (my circlet just happens to have +49 psn res )
I need some tips for bone necros though. Most I can take out easy, but the gozu necros, who are in your face the whole time spamming bone spear kill me every time. Any tips for a very aggressive necro? I tried with 99fcr and it still didn't help, he was just in my face till I died. He gets me in dodge lock every time and I can't even tele/walk, or get out of it. Basically I just die. Is there any way to counter this?
A good wind druid does the same, in your face the whole time getting you in nado/block lock. I can get a few shots in sometimes, but vs a very aggressive player, I have found the bowazon just does not stand a good chance.
Thanks in advance for any tips, and just saying, I am loving this character more and more as I get to know it better. I get a lot of compliments on it and a lot of requests to look at my gear as well. I tell them to come here ofc
