I just acquired the funds to finally gear my last pvp character. Zon. I play all chars so I prefer a vs all build for everyone with some universal swaps that I already have.

Looking for a good bow or hybrid build to take into 2.4 so I’d like only 1 helm and bow for now.

Shadow 65 ias or mat bow 45 ias?

Plague or 1 point fury for jav side?

32 fhr with charms

48 or 68 fcr?

Max guide multi strafe rest into passive or is pzn jav better?

I’d love to pick your brain on a good pub stomper for 2.4 and I have 8k to spend and already have all the shareable gear like enigma anni and uniques.

Hey! So for a pub stomper I suggest the following, and I’ll answer your questions as well:

Yes use Plague

32 fhr with charms is preferred (I use 1 12fhr max ar gc and 4x 5/3/20)

68 fcr always, only use 48 or less when you don’t need tele as often or say you need like tgods

In 2.4 build, max multi guided 1 pt strafe, 1 all passives, 1 light fury, max psn jav plague jav, any extra pts get your avoid (68%+) and critical strike up (71%+)

As for bows, for the plague variant I’d use mat bow and 2/20/2 helm as it will help you get higher passives and plague dmg while only sacrificing 500 GA dmg. I have both setups, I use the shadow and 3os for when I want higher phys dmg. Other setup 90% of the time tho.

You can decide if you wanna use max ar life charms for the phys dmg balance or java gcs for a plague that will melt them to 1hp in like 5-10 sec lol. I personally have both in stash, I use java gcs when it’s a matchup I have no business winning (like a god tier tele smiter) then I use the java gcs and psn and south walk light bolt tele out repeat with new plague


Edit oh yeah get 1 in jab and impale (trust me) impale will have like 68% slow it’s gonna be gg

i've done so much stuff on zon since d2r came out, easily my fav class. right now im just running an ice GMB w/ nightwings veil, enigma, infinity on merc and stuff. it's really fun. ive been using a lot of fcr gear like arachnid mesh and a couple fcr rings with a 2/20 amulet since i dont really need ias that much with the cold build.

No problem, and Yes! 14 fanat only needs 44 ias.

Would trang gloves with cat’s eye or highlords be better than ias kb gloves if going plague?

Sure It’s nice to have Trang’s stashed for when you really wanna beef up that psn dmg, but almost never is it worth it. Because you reallly benefit so much from the knockback.

Is kb affected by the new fhr changes?

It may possibly get affected in the way of consecutive knockbacks, but knockback also saves your ass. When you get telestomped and have to throw a fury or strafe, that knockback gives you a chance to get away without dying. It’s a staple of any bow zon build

Gotcha. I went 2/20/2 magic tiara and 14/1/3 10ed mat bow for good prices. Just need gloves ammy and charms.

How much frw assuming eth titans and ss jav side for now. I likely won’t be spending ggs for a 2/20/2 rare with frw.
