On my pvm bowazons I carry a few cold damage small charms. Each adds 1/4 second freeze duration in hell, so 4 of them give a whole second. Makes Freezing Arrow much more usable as the monsters stay frozen so much longer, and no need for extra points in ice arrow.

He does sometimes but uses 20 ias . Thats like 10 frames a second for ga and multi

At that point why not just make the faith in a Colossus crossbow if you don't care about GA speed

True but the point i'm making with Taurean is with that low ias, he's limited being a strafer since GA and multi will shoot slow at 10 frame give or take
