if i use loh and you draks, i'll kill demons faster than you, and kill non demons as fast as you
loh doesn't decrease your dmg agains non demons :bonk:

So, let's sum up the points where you were wrong:
grief setup has more dmg (post#75)
soe > dungo because of the mdr
loh > draks because:
the fr on loh is useful because else you waste inventory space to get it on charms
the ias on loh is useful because in baalruns and diaruns you spend maybe 30% of your time under the effect of decrepify
the ed on loh is useful
ow on draks is useless because you have gores
lt is not gonna save you against your deadly archers, because of confuse

please provide numbers if you are going to say that grief is mathematically better

mdr or more hp is a matter of preference. in most cases the extra chunk of HP will be better. what if you are in an area where nothing is hitting you with magic?

and again back to the loh debate. i have gone over this for 10 pages now. i have already said yes you will kill a demon faster, but will be giving up a ton of other benefits.

and confuse procs very rarely for me. i see confuse up maybe once in a whole chaos clear

Giving up other benefits?

Leech; youll have leech and laek on grief, and perhaps ring too. Also belt got ll. Thats enough.

Life tap isnt needed that much. I wouldnt sacrifice ias and fire res for life tap. With lw's life tap you wont sacrifice these things. Alsl with fade youll gain extra res and dr% wich is helpfull too ;)

In the other side:
Ias from loh is needed
Fire res too
Not to mention 350 dmg to demons, wich is powerfull, since 2/3 of the monsters are... demons

But grief still better then last wish imo. But both will work tho ;)

you can get 11 fr and 20 hp on a sc. you dont need ar with conviction, so yes you will lose a few charms with potentially 3 max damage to get some FR from your charms. I dont know about you but I cant afford 37x 3/20/20 anyway.

So there goes your fire res argument

As ive said 19 times now, if you are using edeath, dream hat, and dream shield. you will have to use a jewelers armor no matter what. that 20 ias on loh is not going to let you use a different armor. So unless you want to gimp yourself even further by using a different weapon, the ias is useless

so you are basically looking at the ED to demon compared to life tap, 10 LL, OW, and 15 stats.

ill stick with my glove thanks

i meant with self conv you always have conv on your enemies, while your infimerc can get lost somewhere in the corner of your screen (without teleport):P

yes, grief setup has higher phys damage:

death BA fana build ed:

200str + 160armor + 366zeal (lvl96 with 4pc sks and a bk) + 475fana + 230might = 1431

DS: 100%

raw physical damage: <(355death*15.31)*2>=10870

grief ed:

ed: 200str, 300fort, 342zeal (on lvl96 with 4pc sks), 230might, 345conc = 1417

DS: 71%

raw physical dam (against non daemons): <(437grief * 15.17)*1.71>= 11336 on avg

raw physical dam against demons: <(437grief * 20.47)*1.71>=15296 on avg

-no i said the fanat death setup has stronger merc, learn to read.

me too, that is why i'd run conv instead of fanat

sry but not counting the 50% crushing blow is foolish

there is a lowbudget e-death ba + forti possibility

using:

sigon boots+ gloves (30 ias 10 lifeleech)
nosferatus
highlords

reaching 60 ias and u are able to use forti.

just for info

I've already explained what offsets 50% cb in post #72

this is good info to add, i never thought of using 2 piece sigs. although i dont think gores should be replaced under any circumstances
