I really dont understand how you'd have max block w/ jsut anni/torch/dex ring. From what I've seen for faq on block rate, you'd need quite a bit more in dex. Any1 mind explaining this for me please?

I have the exact same question, and it seems to be the crux of this build. How are you achieving MAX BLOCK without spending any points in dex. I just don't get it.

I made this exact char to how you said in hero editor offline.... My bock was 11%.... How do I get max block with a LIDLESS?
