More fhr is better and if you know how fhr works you wouldnt have typed what you did.

fhr is the time it takes for the characture to recover from an attack thats it. It has nothing to do with the damage.

also if a charger has you nled you tele away far enough where the namelock is no more, i didnt think i needed to be this indepth but i guess stupid noobs with 50% warn where all they do is troll need it explained a little more for them
