i have a question though, have you tried psn nova white vs ES sorcs? to wear their life down and then finishing them off with spears when they are at 10-20% life this is only viable in GM since otherwise they will just chug antidote pots and stack - psn duration.

off topic: played a max block necro for a while when 3-4 players each game was a BVC or ghostsin and it worked well, but i got very tired of being at a disadvantage vs every caster in the game pretty fast. the 300-500 life lost due to MB really makes a difference

what do u mean by casters?

Druids/ Nec and sorc I guess?

ES your at a disadv with or without MB, druids is the same and vs necs it makes no difference really provided your items are good ( on eu at least - east/west its different ).




Poison nova does shit damage when they have maxed res ( assuming like only 1 point or so ), and only works when u can use lower res and they dont have stack.

And well if the sorc has 20% life left u still probably wont kill it with spears ( assuming 95 es ) as with spirit magic absorb you do like 30 damage at best and they can rep life anyway.

psn nova+spears+spirits is still better than just spears and spirits and you can get psn nova and lr on white
but yea if the sorc wants to win they will even if they aren't all that good, they can just keep their distance and rep better than the nec and eventually hit with some fbs

i know, but what I meant is spears wont take away the last 20%, ideally u can just get them to 1 life with the poison and then hit with a spirit/spear.

But well it all depends on how much stack the sorc has i think, if they dont have stack then ( at least vs the ones in dueled in the "GM league " ) its alright but if they did had stack imo it would ust be impossible unless i waited for es to run out or summin ^

iirc i dueled this one shitty sorc in some tour who had stack i think and i could still get him to really low hp with novas (he couldn't really hit me offensively too well) but then he stopped being aggressive and repped and then it was rly excite XD i killed him once i think and died a few times maybe and then the ft5 was stopped for whatever reason (don't remember it) and never continued iirc

damn that es running out is a nice strat for super serious pride duellos if they're precast XD much izier to pwn when they have 8x es, but well good sorc would kill you before es runs out anyway^^

recasting ES actually keeps the highest level it was casted at

so if you prebuff with 95 es, and recast with 70, it will still be 95

yep but this was about es running out, not recasting^^
