Fail. CM doesn't need to be higher than -150 with battle command because if you get stacked no amount of CM is going to save you, and most pubs don't have good resists.




75 es on a 1900/3500 base is pretty garbage as well. Invest some points into a decent es % and don't max cm like a pub.

Fail. Even the moron pubs can stack resistances to beat only 150 resistances. Think about an hdin, probably the most common pub character... Most of them are using Hoto + 35/80 Spirit ST. That's already 4/5 of your CM. Torch/Anni will probably make up the rest and then some. Then you get to start adding some of the other cookie cutter gear that just hands them resistances... small charms, Mara's, Trang's.... and I haven't even mentioned Kiras. Add 2 Ravens to that and your non-maxed CM blizz sorc is screwed.

You need as much cold mastery as possible, 1900/3500 isn't bad if you don't have such necessities as btal/bmana etc etc
