ww attacks faster and is already attacking before the smiter has even started his attack
also you can often land a ww and be out of range before the smite has finished his attack

Yea if you chase a barb while he is spinning you might get clipped but only a noob dueler does that.

Just charge him when he stop's spinning even for a second and make him go on the offensive.

Clipping is when a barb whirls past a smiter such that the ww can land a hit and the smite cant. For this reason smiters must tele smite if they want to beat barbs.

I always make sure barb is spinning at an angle close enough so he wont clip me, if I cant get close enough Ill back off for a second and reposition myself, its not hard to move out of the way and avoid getting clipped.

we are speaking of gm. any shit smiter can beat almost any char if they are tapped.
