Atmas has 5%
which is not too bad with widow.
But sadly its lvl 2 which doesnt last long.
so you need to make use of it fairly quickly
then again lacerator is lvl 3 amp soo...
5% via Atmas
verse 33% per Lacerator.
With Lacerator, you also get to wear Highlords.
Even if you Shael your Widowmaker (which I highly do not recommend) it's a dumb idea to use it as a primary weapon because you can't Whirlwind in it, so you have to teleport away and switch weapons while potentially being hit. Whereas with Lacerators, if it comes to it, you can telestomp with Lacerators or WW away and hope for a clip. It's not about the level of Amp, it's the use of Amp that's important.

yea it is.
throwing or widow on a barb is just sad
Again, Widowmaker is not a primary weapon... neither is Double Throw. Both attacks are used as "secondary moves" upon which my Brawler guide is based on: a BvC with the ability to cast Amp (if so chosen) during specific duels, and to also create the strongest hybrid Throw/ WW barb for the creative people who want to try something different without being totally annihilated.

Throwing on a barb is sick. The only thing that sucks is axes have short range. Javs have twice the range which would be helpful in alot of situations
Yeah Javs range is huge. Incredibly good combination is a Jav + Lacerator for the 1.5 screen length throw. Nice Cruel or Fools one can do a lot of damage too when they connect.
If you throw a few axes and then run, it works well. Similiar to how a Bonemancer will shoot a Spear and then run through the path, a Brawler can make excellent defensive manuevers with Lacerators, or just throw them in the general direction and slowly move towards your opponent while abusing Leap.
