Like tooduu saiz, its not a matter of raw damage. Its better to use an attack which you can actually hit with, which does less damage. So for example, a 2000 damage wake of fire is a million times scarier than a 50k damage impale. Bone Spirit is mostly useless in necro vs shaman. Its only going to hit anyone if you're l8zing like the devil himself, which is already a flawed way to argue in the first place. Bone Spear makes up 90% of your damage in necro vs shaman instead, and teeth the other 10%. Bone spear, unlike bone spirit, will hit straight through minion stack, travels much faster, and thus when either you stomp the shaman, or the shaman stomps you, it will hit him (if aiming the right direction), whereas bone spirit just leaves you impotent and dead.

And PS: that wasn't "a necro" in the video, it was 3 or 4 different necros; each duel was a different person.

Oh, and want to know the ironic thing? Those necros are the same people who called me out on diii.net when I posted one of my older shaman guides there, and said "zomg this will never work", and claimed that it would lose to 'any good necro' and all that crud. So I beat them, put it on video, and lo and behold, we've come full circle.

I guess I should even it out by putting guillaimes on my necro for imba crushing blow. And then make an iron gollum out of imba crushing blow guillaimes too, for double guillaimes. Course, I'd have to fight the souper douper europe version of the BvC, which uses metalgrid amulet to make iron golem from guillaimes too, so it would still be even :'( what secret euro-only tactics can I use to beat this?
