You're not even the maker of this guide.

The
whole point of ES build is to have as much dmg taken to mana and have
the most mana as possible. Using shako, maras, hoto, and treks isnt
going to maximize any of that.

Now you can claim all you want that you own every duel game, which is obviously a lie, becuz hot spurs> this whole build

this is 75.. and not 95.

hoto, spirit, shako shael, 10 fcr crafted amulet, enigma, 2 sojs, mana boots (with fhr), frostburn. 1 fhr SC

Max TK, and get 95% ES (with skills or prebuff, whatever you like). 1 into fire mastery, 1 into warmth, rest into FB and its synergies.
