Nice guide, I spent a lot of time debating the direction of my lite sorc and went with Infin/ES.

I'm at level 90 currently with 15 skills left over. So far I've maxed Lite/Nova/Mastery/Telek. I like having nova for a faster attack that doesn't require aiming. I'm at 82% ES without memory buff. Planning on leveling to 94. With my last 19 skill points, in your opinion (or anyone else here, for that matter) should I max charged bolt for another useful attack (and another 4k lite dmg or so) and use memory for 89% ES - or, put enough points in ES to hit 95% with no buff and rest into CB?

I'm running with about 1k life / 3k mana.

That's sort of what I'm thinking. CB is very useful. What I want to check is how a lvl 10 CB will compare to lvl 20. Life/mana is closer to 1.2k/2.5k actually.

@notcorytunney, I don't want to max TS because it doesn't synergise lightning. The skill points just go to adding a little TS damage (I think lvl 1 - 1.3k vs lvl 20 - 2.5k).

Plan @ this point - point enough points into ES to get max with +3 ES CTA staff (still ISO), rest into CB

Why not max Chain light instead of charged bolt?

go charged bolt or warmth
personally i chose warmth because charged bolt is rarely used when in pvp and its lvl is too low to cause real damage and prolly gets sorbed in most cases
my infinity sorc had 1.2k life/4.2k mana while hitting 105fcr bp
it also has 1.2k life/3.4k mana with magefists to hit 117 lightning bp

it can also be swapped into pure light sorc form for 1.2k life 5.3k mana (no prebuff) with prebuff its like 5.4kish 130fcr

good in svs sva
basically loses only to large sorbers
some fc'ers
fire ball sorcs are also sorta hard if they are es
