Tactics:
Whats there to describe? If you build this sorc, it should be obvious! Enter the blood moor, cast your buffs, and teleport. Teleport teleport teleport. Zip around people, strafe them, buzz around their heads. But never, under any circumstances, for any reason, stop teleporting for a moment. You can on occasion throw in a static field. I personally use static field as both a very good source of damage (its surprisingly effective in pvp at 105% fcr), and as a test to see if someone's below 50% hp. If someone camps, lightning is a good way to budge them up. Corner things like bowazons that are made of glass and wreck them with your level 1 nova to throw em in fhr/dodgelock. Its really, really not complicated. All an aurasorc has to do is teleport, and people die.

Static Field
Required Level: 6
Prerequisites None

A devastating spell of limited range, Static Field instantly removes a good portion of the health of nearby enemies. Thusly injured, enemies are easy prey to the follow-up attacks of the Sorceress or her party members. Subsequent castings do less damage, but in combination with other spells or a decisive melee attack, a Sorceress can rely on this powerful ability to quickly dispatch even the strongest of foes.

Effect: Every enemy in a radius around you lose 25% of their current health.

Player vs Player: Static Field has a limited effect against other Players.

Static Field is a very important Skill for the Sorceress. Use Static Field on highly magic resistant bosses and Unique Monsters, that the Sorceress would otherwise have problems fighting when using her Fire, Cold and other Lightning Spells. Additional points into Static Field only increases the radius of the spell's effect so at some point, you will no longer receive a large benefit from additional points. You can rely on items that give bonus skill points to all skills to build up Static Field without having to place too many points to start it off.

The Benefits of Static field decrease rapidly so cast Static Field a few times to bring the Monster's Hit Points down then combine with another spell to finish them off. This spell works very well in combination with other party member attacks.

Static Field is Lightning damage, and can be resisted through Lightning Resistance.

Static Field is not affected by Conviction and Lower Resist.

Static Field will not take a monster below 33% health in Nightmare and 50% in Hell.

I lol'd.

above 50%, a static field can do more damage than a nova would deal, except that it does it in an aoe even larger than your screen, instead of melee range
since it requires no targeting you can throw it in safely with teleports without risking your opponent landing a namelock nearly as much

This is probably the funniest shit I have ever read.

Now static is all of a sudden pvp worthy.

I use it in just about every single duel vs hammerdins. Each cast shaves off just above 1% of their current hp.
Combined with aura + ts and walking south, it racks up quickly.

Course, a pvm spawn theorycrafter like you would never have tried it. Its the kind of shit you have to actually have played the character to understand why it works, whereas your just some shitty theorycrafter who has no idea wtf he is talking about

If you are walking south that means the hammerdin isn't charging you which means the hammerdin blows. Quit dueling random pubs.

and dropping 10 static fields in a row is about 600
and then you add on 3 aura pulses and 3 ts hits

it stacks up very quickly, see? You land several hundred hits to each hit an opponent lands on you. Thats the advantage of this build

Youre very fucking retarded. You say that you drop 10 statics in a row right after you tell us that you never stop teleporting.
