I'm assuming you can afford one of these shields. Storm Sheild requires too much strength and doesn't offer as much as any of these shields. If you don't believe me, post and i'll explain more indepth.
If your using a titans, then your faster block rate goes like this:
Amazon - Any other weapon other than 1 handed swinging ~ (javs don't swing =)
FBR Frames
0% 5
13% 4
32% 3
86% 2
600% 1
a Jewelers shield without jmod such as the jewelers of colossus has no faster block rate. And if you jah jah jah it or ever ber ber ber it. It still has no faster block rate.
This shield pick of yours was in your ZvA guide and ZvZ guide. I don't see any hint of FBR on any of the items you've stated.
Your build also revolves around 7 fpa. If your dueling anyone with 7 fpa and your block rate is at Zero... Your going to block so slow that you'll get hit much more.
Storm shield > Any of the shields you've mentioned. Switch it up, get a jmod'd shield with shael (reach 3 frame fbr) then go with anything you'd like. I'd recommend a jmod'd tower with ber, shael, dol.
Also you got your faster block rate tables messed up:

Its Faster block rate *using* 1 hand swinging weapons. Not against 1 hand swinging weapons.
I'm sure this will kind of confuse most people. So lets put it this way, I know most of you play other realms that have modified items. Why is it bm for a player to use a cta in jav form?
~because it increases their block rate, as seen above in the chart I posted.
~your build already calls for titans, which is the right wep to use. So that needs some fixing.
Also I really don't see any ZvZ strategies?!
ZvZ is pretty much all skill involved, some items ~ assumed that you have 150+ frw.
At least mention the different between low cursor and high cursor shots, IGA's, ya know the basics.

YES! FBR is essential for a ZvZ duel, and even more so if you get caught by a ww with shield up. Your defense is low enough, that his AR which should be high already will ITD it. Your left to block, he'll probably hit at least 4 times in 1 ww.
You wanna block all those hits or no?
