one of the best ele druid guides here but i disagree with this one
"u need about 10k dmg + melee opponent to make ber more usefull.(dont ask it lots of
calculations)"
jah adds ~200 life and 7 dr(cuz u will end with 43 dr without ber in storm) on 7k life druid equalls to ~500 more life
