- The character isn't the most expensive to make by far, but I wouldn't say it's cheap either. If your making your first pvp character, chances are this isn't the one to make, because the gear can be hard to get for beginners. Not overly expensive, but hard to find people who have them.

HELM:

- Rare circlet. +2 skills, 30% FRW, str/dex, Resists, and open sockets. Ya right. For most people, including me, these are just too damn expensive. But they are the best so if you're rich, go for it.

- Shako. The trusty shako is actually the second best helm you can get for this build. 2 skills, 10% DR, and big life and mana. What more could you want. UM it for more resists, or throw a 5/-5 Poison facet in it if you don't need the resists.

Since shako is so cheap, no point listing any other helms here.

* Why not COA you ask? Well, a few reasons. It's way more expensive. It only has 1 skill. It has extra DR only if your coa is good, but with SS, DR is not needed anyway. It has FHR, but again, bramble and boots cover that almost on their own so no need. Resists probably won't be a problem for you, so no need there either. Lastly, when you lose the stats from your titans and Stormshield, you will not be able to equip a decent bow on weapon switch, so it will totally change the build. Overall, not nearly as good as the old shako

Beating casters is FAR easier then you might think. Now my plaguer personally wears enigma with 50% FCR, so that helps a lot. But as it says in the build, vs casters running fast is very important. As long as you can run fast, you can out run and avoid any attack in the game. Then it is just a matter of strategically placing your poison javs and plague javs around so you can poison people as they are teleporting near you. Try it out, it's really not as hard as it initially seems. In case anyone wants to make my variation of this build, here's my gear:

10/-10 COA
Enigma mage
Spider sash
Trangs gloves
Wraith brand boots - 30/20, 19 str, 48% cold, fire, and light resist
BK ring
Raven frost
2/10% fcr with 20% all resist amulet
Titans
5/-5 Stormshield

3 x 12% FHR gc's
3 x 7% FRW gc's
4 x 35+ life gc's
anni
9 x life / resist sc's

chest items:

4 LO shield - vs trappers
4 VEX shield - vs fire sorc's
4 Saph shield + trangs belt + BK ring - vs cold sorc's while not using any absorb at all from raven frost
4 Topaz shield - vs foh'ers
5/-5 lidless + BK ring - for bone necs and hammerdins, when resists and dr don't matter and to hit the next fcr break
LO LO Coa and LO Stormshield - for ww / trap hybrids, to get max DR, and 90% light resist
2 x carrion rings - for poison necs

casters are the easiest opponents u can have, especially the mad tele ones...

Just keep throwing POISON-javelins and they will tele in it once... although poison jav has a long duration, it takes a casters life down pretty quick..
I had a plague java a while ago and I "loved" casters happy.gif

Ya it's understandable when people think it won't work, but trust me. Once you try it out, you'll find casters a lot easier then you ever thought they would be.

This char owns most sorc, hammers, if you have a lot of experience wind druids, most of melee chars (dual barbs can be a problem) and has problems with fohers and trappers. I'm compparing those chars with my plague ama: lvl 93 fully equipped (except skillers)
