I never would recommend putting points into dexterity for attack rating.
I would consider it to be a better idea if you would simply wear an eth fool's weapon and maybe 1 angelic ring/amulet. The lost in deadly strike would be overshadowed by the huge gain in attack rating (maybe 35k) and if enchanted you could have some insane AR.
My favorite zealot build wore an ethereal zod'd astreon's and an eth upped hoz.
That gave him a huge bonus in attack rating and he did very well in duels. I didn't do a lot of ZvZ but he seemed to hold well against any melee class. The zealots I did duel he did well against.
When I wanted to be an asshole I would wear an eth zod'd upped set of toothrow and I would charge/smite shit. He bled pretty much everything to death and I would finish it off with a zeal or two.
Overall 8.5/10 on the guide. The vast majority of it is very solid and proven material, but the dex for AR I just cannot tolerate.
Well, a lot of setups require dumping a decent amount of dex to boost up ar and you will do a lot better because of that. For example, if you make a valordin and just put dex for max block and rest vita than you will have around 3.7k life and around 16k ar and do much worse than if you have 3.2k life and 20k ar. Enchant is bm so that's not really an option. I do agree that a fools is always nice to boost ar, but I usually prefer to use highlords with ravens with a fools than angelics for the ds. Thanks for the comment

if your a dumbass.
base dex with highlords / ravens should be around 220-240
u want a minimum of 19k ar
Lol, yeah I agree with this, but as long as you have 17k+ you can do just fine.

I dont put points into blessed aim till after level 96.
Yeah I never touch ba unless I go over 96, but some zealots put more in ba and less in sac / def. Not to many do that, but I know Cnh did that.

Non Tap. Adds Str and Dr.
Use Eth Fort + SS + Visionary helm
Yeah, but eth fort is only gm for civic :/.

I would never use Eth Valor. Just GValour.
Well really, unless you have a +2 all gvalor, than evalor really isn't
that far behind it. Because a gvalor is indes than you get another socket to play around with, which is usually filled with a ber to get max dr. If it's an eth valor than it gets a mandatory zod rune, but because it's +2 all skills it gets applied to bo, so the increase in life can make up for the lack of dr. That's just what I noticed though, and yes I have used both and would of course choose gvalor > normal evalor, but just saying it's still a good option to use even if you can't afford a perm gvalor.
