The problem here is that cham rune is needed in the helm.
Andy's needs! a fire res jewel to counter the -30%. Travincal is all fire so andy's is not a good choice.
As far as items, you can't expect to find any specific uniques with any character no matter what class.
I've found nearly every item in the game with this barb, although thats not fair to say becuase I play more than most.
Only major item I have never found is a Death Cleaver.
I will however say that this character is amazing at finding godly rares and lots of charms.

Vouch, although was actually a 37 trap lifer
I find enough godlies to mf almost exclusively with this barb. Only time I dont is when I have an itching to go chaosing.

You dont need to tele anywhere to find good items. Only reason to tele is to kill act bosses. For reason I explained in the guide, this is not necessary at all.
